S1.E19 ∙ The Squatters. Mavis is forced to deal with an elderly customer whose granddaughter has put her in Lamont Hotel unsupervised. When "Grandma" causes havoc throughout the hotel, Mavis has to intervene which means a confrontation with the granddaughter who has her own selfish motives.
