Pinky and the Brain is an American animated sitcom created by Tom Ruegger for the Kids' WB programming block of The WB. It was the first animated television series to be presented in Dolby Surround and a collaboration of Steven Spielberg with his production company Amblin Television and Warner Bros. Animation.
Pinky and the Brain: With Rob Paulsen, Maurice LaMarche, Tress MacNeille, Frank Welker. Pinky and Brain are genetically enhanced laboratory mice who reside in the research facility. Brain is self-centered and scheming; Pinky is good-natured but feeble-minded.

Steven Spielberg Presents: Pinky and the Brain (simply known as Pinky and the Brain) is an American animated television series produced by Warner Bros. Animation and Amblin Entertainment. It is a spin-off of Animaniacs, and focuses on Pinky and The Brain from that show's segments of the same name.
In Tokyo in the 1950s, The Brain reverses a miniaturization ray to create monsters to scare the city and then rescue it. Trouble occurs when a real monster arrives. The Brain decides that the key to his success is to make Pinky as smart as he is.
