Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz is an American animated children's television series loosely based on L. Frank Baum's 1900 novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and its subsequent books, as well as its 1939 film adaptation.
Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz is an American preschool animated series created by Warner Brothers studios inspired by the Oz books with elements from the 1939 film. Episodes are eleven minutes and there are a total of three seasons of twenty episodes apiece, except for the third season, which was only half the length of other seasons.
Dorothy and the Wizard in Oz is the fourth book set in the Land of Oz written by L. Frank Baum and illustrated by John R. Neill. It was published on June 18, 1908 and reunites Dorothy Gale with the humbug Wizard from The Wonderful Wizard of Oz (1900).
