Synopsis: A young man is pulled over by a police officer for speeding, outside of Reno, Nevada. When the officer searches the vehicle, he finds a stolen bracelet. Rod Blake believes that the young man is innocent. His investigation leads him to a woman and her boyfriend and the young man's father.
