Sep 16, 2015 · A killer dubbed the Moonbeam Maniac wreaks havoc across the city, and Dazzle forms a friendship with Nocturne von Groff, an artist who creates the cartoons that play at bowling alleys.
Inept detective Dazzle Novak is unable to stop the new crime lord of Moonbeam City. Chief Miller takes away Dazzle's gun, who teams up with fellow officer Chrysalis Tate to bring justice to their crime-ridden metropolis.
