Night Court: Created by Reinhold Weege. With Harry Anderson, John Larroquette, Richard Moll, Charles Robinson. An eccentric fun-loving judge presides over an urban night court and all the silliness going on there.
S1.E1 ∙ All You Need Is Love. The staff of a Manhattan arraignment court is surprised by the arrival of a maverick young judge named Harry Stone; his first ruling, that a feuding couple should go to dinner with the attorneys, results in a fight breaking out that injures Dan.
Night Court is an American television sitcom that premiered on NBC on January 4, 1984, and ended on May 31, 1992, after nine seasons consisting of 193 episodes.
An angel (in the shape of Mel Tormé) shows him what life would be like in the court without him: Dan is a rich and corrupt judge, Bull is his stooge candidate for mayor, Mac and Christine are the beaten-down court attorneys, and Roz goes to prison for resisting one of Dan's business enterprises.
The season concluded after 13 episodes March 31, 1984. Night Court (Season 1) DVD was released on October 5, 2005. This page lists all the episodes aired.
