Touching Evil is a British television drama serial following the exploits of a crack squad on the Organised & Serial Crime Unit, a rapid response police force that serves the entire country. The serial was produced by United Productions for Anglia Television, and screened on the ITV network in 1997. It was created by Paul Abbott.

Joining the Organized and Serial Crime Unit with inspector Susan Taylor, Creegan learns from his friend Cyril, a self-proclaimed psychic, that two recently abducted boys have been murdered 'in the clouds'. In both cases, a daffodil has been left at the scene of the abduction, a fact reminiscent of similar crimes in Stuttgart some years earlier.
Season 1 – Touching Evil. After recovering from being shot in the head, FBI agent David Creegan returns to work at the bureau's Organized and Serial Crime Unit a changed man.
