Yona of the Dawn (Japanese: 暁のヨナ, Hepburn: Akatsuki no Yona) [a] is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Mizuho Kusanagi. It has been serialized in Hakusensha 's shōjo manga magazine Hana to Yume since August 2009, with its chapters collected in 44 tankōbon volumes as of June 2024.

Yona (ヨナ, Yona?) is the titular protagonist of the manga and anime series, Akatsuki no Yona. She is the Crown princess of Kouka Kingdom, the sole heiress of Emperor Il and Queen Kashi, as well as the reincarnation of King Hiryuu.
