Continuity 1. Shona's left hand is injured when Doc first treats her. Later when he is checking it at the Longbranch, he is checking her right arm. 2. In the previous entry it was mentioned that the doctor is checking her right arm even though Shona's left hand is injured. If you look closer you will see that he is taking her pulse and looking down at his pocket watch.
