"The Sewer King" is an episode of Hey Arnold!.
Now, Arnold and Gerald must go down there to retrieve the former's Grandpa's watch, only to find that it's in possession of the Sewer King.
One day, While Arnold goes out to bring Grandpa his golden pocket watch back from the store, he sees a gigantic hole being dug for new sewer pipes at a construction site.
As Arnold looks down it, the watch falls out of his pocket and into the sewer! Arnold accidentally drops his Grandpa's watch into a manhole, and goes in it to get the watch back. Gerald reluctantly agrees to come with him.
Arnold and Gerald search throughout the sewers and eventually meet the Sewer King, who wants to keep the watch as his "royal icon". After going through the trouble of retrieving the watch (using the game of chess) and avoiding capture by a vengeful Sewer King, they both successfully manage to escape the sewer.
Exhausted and filthy, Arnold gets the watch back to Grandpa. Grandpa then accidentally drops the watch into the kitchen sink and it down the drain. Meanwhile The Sewer King, depressed at the loss of his "royal icon" is pleasantly surprised to have it land in his hands.

Jan 10, 2016 · Arnold and Gerald awaken sometime later to the rat man (and his hundreds of pet rats) to find that rat man--named Sam King--has Grandpa's watch around his neck. He's obviously lost his mind some time ago and has proclaimed himself the absolute ruler of the sewer world.
