The agents infiltrate the lake house to seize the nuke. But as tensions rise within the Russian ranks, the team finds themselves caught in the crossfire.
The team wants to infiltrate a Russian compound so they wait outside, observing the soldiers. Hagerty is slowly regaining consciousness. Breaking into the lake house, Lerner rushes to the computer, hampered by the antiquated Windows 2000 and slow dial-up internet. Ava contacts Director Langdon, updating her and seeking assistance in identifying buyers.
Paul is eager to participate, but the team hesitates, emphasizing the importance of stealth. Angela hands Paul her sniper rifle without bullets, wary of a hasty approach. During the mission briefing, Lerner identifies the prints, linking them to Wade Maddox, a former agency collaborator turned Shadow Operator with considerable expertise. Meanwhile, Wade interrogates Trunk and Lana, while the Russians, trapped in a fridge, remain oblivious to the approaching team eliminating guards.
Ava disables a helicopter, guiding the team inside. Trunk faces a perilous situation with a distressing contraption, drawing the team closer. Paul, realizing his rifle lacks ammo, returns to the lake house to retrieve it, encountering a hallucination. He fires wildly, alerting Wade, prompting them to evacuate with the bomb. McKnight intervenes, saving the day, but Lana remains trapped in a liquor cabinet. Seizing an opportunity, she kills a guard with a broken bottle.
As Wade and his men clash with Litvin and the Russians, Ava intervenes, proposing an alternative under the protection of the US Government. Amidst this, Paul guards Hagerty, but a distraction allows the inflatable raft to drift away. Simultaneously, a race for the bomb briefcase unfolds at the compound. Lerner attempts to stop Maddox but is shot. The team rushes to her aid, while Hagerty wakes up on a party boat, promptly indulging in alcohol.
