Why "S01E11 Eve" is, imho, the best one so far. First-Time Watcher. For 10 episodes this show is trying so hard to build a very certain identity. One where Scully is a grounded rationalist to the point she ignores factual information, where sci-fi is the main focus of the crimes and the inner mechanisms are usually abstracted or implied.
