Recap /. American Dad S 2 E 14 Helping Handis. After being embarrassed by Hayley's student film, Francine decides to become a back-alley doctor, only to be hired by the Handicapped Mafia. Meanwhile, Stan persuades Steve to take steroids so that he can become popular, only to grow a pair of breasts.
A.) Story. Hayley makes a student film about feminism, which shows Francine in bad light. Francine, wanting to prove she's more then just a housewife, she takes a course to become a surgeon. When she applys at the hospital the inform her that her degree is fake.
