After mistaking a burglar named Richard Johnson(Randall "Tex" Cobb) for Peg and fondling him, a half-asleep Al realizes what's going on. When the burglar threatens him, Al manages to knock him out and capture and subdue him. When the police arrive, Al becomes a neighborhood hero, but the tables quickly turn when the burglar sues Al for injuring him...
