Blink of an Eye. ewaf58 15 September 2006. A very good episode although it appears to have its roots in an excellent book called 'Dragon's Egg' by Robert Forward. This concerned the discovery of a life on a Neutron star whose development was (compared to the orbiting Earth ship) hyper accelerated.
