Walnuts and Demerol is the 11th episode of Season 4. It originally aired on December 11, 2006.
Charlie's friends and family put a crimp on his plan for a romantic Christmas Eve date. Evelyn talks to his date, learns about who she is, and then takes extreme measures to prevent them from having sex, but Charlie prepares to have sex with her anyway, Evelyn calls the girl's mother who reveals what Evelyn couldn't: she may be his half-sister from when his and Alan's mother and late father were swinging with the girl's parents. While leaving, Evelyn and Dorothy heavily implied not only did the women sleep with the other's husbands, but they also had same-sex intercourse. The pair are unaware of Rose and Berta overhearing and being amused by this after following the couple around the house and stopping at his bedroom door to eavesdrop.
Charlie and Gloria are stunned by this news before Gloria reveals this is actually arousing for her but Charlie becomes disgusted at the thought of almost sleeping with his sibling and leaves. Continuing to eavesdrop, Rose and Berta are excited to learn to discover Charlie's boundary is incest.
