Felice Carlo Emanuele Cavallotti (Milano, 6 ottobre 1842 – Roma, 6 marzo 1898) è stato un politico, poeta, drammaturgo, giornalista e patriota italiano, fondatore, insieme ad Agostino Bertani, dell'Estrema sinistra storica, movimento attivo tra il 1877 e l'avvento del Partito Radicale Italiano (1904).
