Snow Angels Shoveling Program. Skip to content. Volunteer as a Snow Angel. Request a city service. Snow Angel Volunteer Expectations. Must use their own equipment. Shovel any snowfall over 2 inches. Snow must be removed within 24 hours of snowfall. No compensation is to be accepted.
