The federal electoral redistribution of 2012 was a redistribution of electoral districts ("ridings") in Canada following the results of the 2011 Canadian census. As a result of amendments to the Constitution Act, 1867, the number of seats in the House of Commons of Canada increased from 308 to 338. The previous electoral redistribution was in 2003.

Redistribution describes both the allocation of seats in the House of Commons to the provinces and the procedure for drawing specific constituency boundaries within the provinces. This occurs every 10 years.
The Constitution Act, 1867, requires that federal electoral districts undergo a redistribution following each decennial Canadian census. Using the 2021 Canadian census population results, the 2022 redistribution began in October 2021, and was completed in September 2023.
