Messina (/ m ɛ ˈ s iː n ə / mess-EE-nə, US also / m ɪ ˈ-/ miss-, Italian: [mesˈsiːna] ⓘ; Sicilian: Missina [mɪsˈsiːna]) is a harbour city and the capital of the Italian Metropolitan City of Messina.
