- Spend a day at Rainbow Beach. About a mile from St. Croix's cruise ship dock in Fredriksted, Rainbow Beach is one of the island's most beautiful and lively stretches of sand.

One of the most memorable experiences I’ve had in St. Croix, and possibly my favorite in the US Virgin Islands, is visiting Buck Island National Reef Monument.
