Kathryn Hays originated the role of Kim Sullivan in 1972, and her poignant portrayal made Kim one of "As The World Turns" most beloved heroines. Kim came in like a wrecking ball as she fell for and had an affair with her sister's husband, Bob Hughes (Don Hastings).
