Serving his second term in the U.S. House of Representatives, Congressman August Pfluger represents 20 counties in Texas’ 11th congressional district, including Midland, Odessa, San Angelo, Killeen, Brownwood, and Llano. Congressman Pfluger grew up in San Angelo before graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
