Should you elect to adopt the textbook for use in your course, we will send you desk copies as soon as you have placed your order with your campus bookstore.
Sep 26, 2014 · How to request: Browse the Cambridge University Press site for the book title; on the product page, click Request examination copy (on the right side of the page underneath Add to cart). For desk copies, follow same procedure, but select desk copy when filling out the request form. Questions: 845-353-7500.
