About. CDM is a pioneering leader, igniting children's passion for learning through play. From Chattanooga to nationwide outreach, we engage the senses and inspire exploration. Research has long proven that play is the work of childhood. Through play, children gain mental, physical, and social skills necessary to succeed in their adult lives.
Requests must be received at least 60 days before the event date to be considered. Donations must be picked up at the Museum Tuesday – Saturday from 10:30 am – 4:30 pm at the Visitor Service desk. Our customary donation is four admission tickets to DISCOVERY Children’s Museum.

All donation requests must be submitted via the form below. Requests received by phone or mail will not be considered. Applicant must be a school or 501c (3) non-profit organization. A requests must be submitted at least 90 days prior to the fundraising event. No more than one donation is made to any group or its affiliate within a calendar year.
