Jul 8, 2020 · This Build has 115% Curse Effect on the Tree, Ascendency, and Jewels. My shield gives global 20% Curse Effect. So globally I have 135% global curse effect on Temp Chains, Enfeeble, Assassin Mark, and Poacher Mark. This build specifically uses 6 "Misery Everlasting" nodes to give Despair an additional 150% curse effect.
Self cast is better. Boss penalty is Less, not Reduced. If I recall correctly, that changed at some point to make stacking curse effectiveness less powerful against bosses. Bought a DoH ring but some of the best builds for toxic rain on poe ninja are self casting despair.
