    The wiki is following the volume chapter numbering as its supposed to be the adjusted correct numbering. There is some inconsistency with the magazine chapter numbering. Originally in the magazine version chapters titled "Chapter 60: Stage of the ground" and untitled "Chapter 61" were released separately, however in the sixth volume, they were combined into a single chapter titled "Chapter 60: Stage of the ground".
