  5. I started with her low impact 6 week program, then started her 12 week 2.0 program, but stopped after a month because it seemed too easy (at least compared to the low impact one). Now I've been picking and choosing which workouts to do, but my results have kind of stalled, so I'm going to start following her monthly calendar.
