    Restrooms are located off the main lobby on the first floor of Plant Hall, adjacent the Museum. They are accessible to everyone.

    Service animals are welcome in the Museum. We do not allow Emotional Support or Comfort Animals, as they are not considered service animals under the ADA.

    A wheelchair is available free of charge on a first-come first-served basis. Please ask the volunteer at the front desk for assistance. Advance reservations are not available.

    The Museum offers a complimentary self-guided tour downloadable on your handheld device. This tour is offered in English and Spanish. Transcripts of both languages are available in large print for use in the Museum.

    Large-print brochures and an English and Spanish transcript of the audio tour (for use in the Museum) are available at the front desk. Large print labels are also available for some exhibits upon request.

    The Museum offers its informational brochure, orientation DVD and self-guided audio tour in Spanish. The informational brochure and orientation DVD are offered in French and German.

    The Museum offers “White Glove Tours” for visitors who are blind or partially sighted. To request this tour, two weeks advanced notice is required.
