Johnny Walker (MICKEY ROURKE) is a battered, burned-out small-time boxer with no future. As he hopelessly falls in love with Ruby (DEBRA FEUER), he is also befriended by a narcissistic, two-bit hoodlum (CHRISTOPHER WALKEN), which completes the doomed triangle.
