Oct 23, 2020 · Ram Year. 2021. Engine. 3.0. I took advantage of the $99 deal for a map update. Install went well (even though is was cumbersome) but very disappointed with the limited update. A recent Garmin update that I did contained much more timely new street info than the Ram update.

Feb 12, 2024 · The map updates are very important, as I moved to a new area that has been rapidly built up for the past 3 years, and my brand new 2024 Ram 1500 that I purchased 2 days ago has maps that were from early 2022. This has led to many POIs (points of interest) not being available on the map.
May 18, 2020 · Are you plugging in the USB? Plugging in the usb turns the Android Auto app icon on and then you can access Google Maps through the Android Auto. This is on my 2018.
