Jay Stern is an American film producer. In 1988, he was Director of Development for Michael Peyser Productions and a year later Stern joined the newly formed Hollywood Pictures. In 1995, he started working for New Line Cinema.
Jay is a founder, producer, and co-host of the Iron Mule Short Comedy Screening Series, which has been screening monthly since April, 2002. Jay is also a theater director, specializing both in new and classical work.
