The Fundació Joan Miró ( Catalan: Fundació Joan Miró, Centre d'Estudis d'Art Contemporani [fundəsiˈo ʒuˈam miˈɾo]; "Joan Miró Foundation, Centre of Studies of Contemporary Art") is a museum of modern art honoring Joan Miró located on the hill called Montjuïc in Barcelona, Catalonia ( Spain ).

The Museum Fundació Joan Miró on Barcelona's Montjuïc Mountain is the largest collection of works by the artist. Miró himself founded the foundation and the museum, and most of his paintings and sculptures were given to the museum.

Excellent art museum displaying some of Joan Miró’s most famous works. The collection is of high quality and relevance, and, while not big, large in significance. Just seeing the building itself is worth the modest entrance price as the views over the city are just wonderful.
