He is also the Chef behind the Three MICHELIN Starred Le Pré Catelan, so it's no surprise that the cooking matches the stunning location.

Among all the restaurants near the Eiffel Tower, it’s one of the best. And definitely the closest! We recently visited it anonymously and published a review in our newsletter.
Le Jules Verne is located on the 2nd floor of the Eiffel tower, a staggering 410 feet above the ground. The fine dining and chic atmosphere showcases the restaurant’s hunger for aesthetic innovation. Reservations are available for lunch and dinner with a complimentary private valet upon arrival.
