Apr 3, 2021 · 2.30: Neo Decadriver added with the base forms of the next 10 Heisei riders and their Final Attackride cards. Faiz, Blade, & Kabuto have their different sound effects for the Neo Decadriver. While other riders have different sounds too they're mainly just longer versions of the same sounds so to not mess up animation timing I've not enabled them.

(仮面ライダーディケイド（ＤＣＤ）, Kamen Raidā Dikeido, "Masked Rider DCD"/"Masked Rider Decade") is a Japanese tokusatsu drama and the 23rd entry of the Kamen Rider Series and the 10th entry of the Heisei Kamen Rider Series, commemorating the Heisei Kamen Rider 10th Anniversary. It premiered on January 25, 2009 and joined Engine Sentai Go-Ongerfor a short while untill it joined with Samurai Sentai Shinkenger on TV Asahi's Super Hero Time block. After Kamen Rider Decade concluded earlier than usual on August 30, 2009, Shinkenger was joined by Kamen Rider W, which continued the the Heisei Kamen Rider 10th Anniversary campaign.
The catchphrases for the series are "Connect everything by destroying everything" (全てを破壊し、全てを繋げ, Subete o hakaishi, subete o tsunage) and "Heisei Rider? 10 Years Early!" (平成ライダー? 10年早えよ!, Heisei Raidā? Jūu-nen haya eyo!).

As the 10th Heisei Rider series, Kamen Rider Decade was produced to be a condensed celebration show, overviewing the several realities within the Kamen Rider Series. Indeed, episodes that are tributes to the previous Kamen Riders will have episode titles similiar to that particular Kamen Rider Series (the very same thing that would happen with Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger two years later).
The short length of the show was later confirmed by Masahiro Inoue, in an interview for the March 2009 issue of Kindai Magazine, stating that Decade only has 30 episodes. A subsequent interview in Otonafami magazine confirms that only 30 episodes were filmed at that moment, and no episode was shot for a while. The final episode count as stated in TV-Kun is 31, which would eventually become true.
Due to the very nature of this new anniversary series, the next one, Kamen Rider W, would have started its conceiving and production phase very early, in Spring of 2008, alongside Decade's. This would lead W to become the second part of Heisei Kamen Rider 10th Anniversary as its hangover, starting in September of 2009, and getting the title of "Autumn Campaign".
This shift was apparently also made to avoid Kamen Rider and Super Sentai's toylines to be concurrent, with both starting in January/February of each year and having similar toy release patterns related to airing episodes.

•Episodes 1-19 - The Start of the Journey ~The 9 Rider Worlds~ Arc (「旅の始まり ～9つのライダー世界～」編, "Tabi no Hajimari ~Kokonotsu no Raidā Sekai~"-Hen), this arc introduces most of the main characters and the plot, and focuses on tributing alternative versions of the previous 9 Heisei Riders' Series, while Tsukasa Kadoya as Kamen Rider Decade, along with Natsumi and Eijiro Hikari, travel through them in order to save them.
•Episodes 20-31 - The Neverending Journey ~Dai-Shocker's Debut~ Arc (「終わらない旅 ～大ショッカー出現～」編, "Owaranai Tabi ~Dai-Shokkā Shutsugen~"-Hen), this arc deals with Tsukasa having to endlessly travel through even more worlds, while discovering his true nature as the Great Leader of Dai-Shocker (the movie All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker is in fact a fundamental part of the arc, and a cliffhanger at the end of the TV series even sets a Conclusion Arc within Movie War 2010).
Generally, episodes of Decade are titled similarly to the episodes of the series that they reference, if it actually tributes a past series (this was later inspiring Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger).

•No new unique villain groups are introduced in this series, as most of the ones that appear exclusively in Decade are derived from an already existing species such as the Fangires and the Undead. Namely, they include the Thorn Fangire and the Paradoxa Undead.

Jan 11, 2024 · Definitely a solid simulation. My only gripes are the shared audio cut out bug and there's quite a few cards missing. Most notably final form ride den O den liner is not present, even though all the phase 2 heisei riders have a hypothetical final form ride card based on the S.I.C heroes saga stories.
