Mimics can be spawned by the player using the Chest Statue, even in pre-Hardmode. However, Mimics spawned this way only drop the Mimic Banner . Rare Hallowed, Corrupt, and Crimson Mimics can also be spawned manually by players via a Key of Light or Key of Night (see the Biome Mimic section below ).
The Celestial Claymore is a Hardmode broadsword that is dropped by Biome Mimics. On each swing, it will spawn 2 red, blue, or yellow cosmic stars at semi-randomized locations near the cursor's position. The stars hover towards the player, faster if the player is further away, and explodes aesthetically after a few seconds.

Calamity Biome Mimic Farming. I´ve been farming for the Celestial Claymore, killing Hollow Mimics for A WHOLE HOUR and they cant fucking drop it, it´s a 1/4 chance and I can´t fucking believe it, I don´t know what to do, haven´t killed Queen Slime, Cryogen nor any Mechanical Boss, what THE FUCK am I doing wrong? Just unlucky 🤷♂️.

May 11, 2019 · For the Deific Amulet [Calamity Mod], I have the stuff for it except the Star Veil. I already have the Cross Necklace, but not the Star Cloak. Do any of you have a way to make a Mimic farm that works for regular Mimics?
I'm in the process of setting up my usual mimic/soul of night/soul of light farm, but I'm seeing earth elementals spawning constantly while I'm trying to set it up. Is there any way to stop them from spawning in my mimic farm area? or should I just giving up this and take up another endeavor?
