May 6, 2022 · In September 2021, Andrews was named the host of "NBA Today", which replaced "The Jump" as ESPN 's daily NBA studio show after Rachel Nichols' comments regarding ESPN giving Maria Taylor the sideline reporter gig for the 2021 NBA Finals. Andrews ultimately replaced Nichols on the sideline.
