Ryan Dorsey is a lifelong resident of Baltimore’s 3rd District. Raised in the Belair-Edison and Mayfield neighborhoods, he attended St. Francis of Assisi and graduated from the Baltimore School for the Arts and the Peabody Conservatory of Music.
