Most well known for his contributions to Bobby's Worldas Ted and Darkwing Duck as Dr. Reginald Bushwing, this popular voice actor is also notable for his work on the Nickelodeon animated movie Barnyard and on the Nickelodeon series Bubble Guppies. Also a live action performer, he appeared in the films Neighbors (1981) and ¡Three Amigos! (1986).
As a writer, producer, and story editor, he worked on the 1980s comedy shows Police Squad! and Sledge Hammer!
The son of Silvio and Hiloray Insana, he was raised in Chicago, Illinois. His marriage to Dana Moller began in 1975.
