If you can get in line around 7am-730am, you’ll be at the front of the line or at least quite near it. You can walk to volcano bay if you stay at universal hotels like aventura or cabana bay. Also, if you stay at any of the other universal hotels, they’ll offer you a bus ride over to that park.
