•When the waiter throws champagne in Niles's face for the second time, some of it misses him and hits Kelsey Grammer, much to the surprise and amusement of Peri Gilpin, who can be seen cracking up and trying to hide that fact.
CONTINUITY
•This is the only time in the entire eleven years of Frasier that the audience has any direct experience of Maris, or rather, her shadow. As Frasier, Roz and Martin are hiding in her bathroom, she enters. We hear her gargling and see her shadow on the shower curtain as she enters and leaves.
•Even though this episode aired after Roz finds out she is pregnant, she is seen drinking alcohol on the cruise. This episode was originally intended to air before Roz knew of the pregnancy but it was held over due to NBC broadcasting the Major League Baseball playoffs one month earlier.

Rox manages to convince Frasier to be a 'celebrity guest' on a cruise ship to Alaska, despite his initial hesitiation, so when Niles becomes depressed that he and Maris have separated again and will not be spending their anniversary together, Frasier has the idea that the whole Crane family should go on the cruise together.
