Sep 16, 2016 · This would be an unusual route to take to travel from the airport to the Lopesan Costa Meloneras hotel where the filming took place, as downtown Las Palmas is about 13 miles to the north from the airport, and the Costa Meloneras is more than 20 miles in the exact opposite direction, at the southern end of the island.
