YAHOO FF Waiver question regarding the "continual rolling list" setting: Player A1 has Waiver Priority 1, and put in a claim for Percy Harvin. Player B2 has Waiver Priority 2, and put in waiver claims For Percy Harvin and Ray Rice, in that order. Player C3 has Waiver Priority 3, and put in a waiver claim for Ray Rice.
If you want a setting that'll move managers to the bottom, would need to have the league unanimously decide to move to continuous rolling list. Otherwise that's the rules for your league this year. You want to change the waiver settings from “Reverse order of standings” to “Weekly rolling list based on standings”.
