Vicki Dubcek is the daughter of Mamie Dubcek and the on and off girlfriend of Harry Solomon and one of his best friends. She and Harry first met on thanksgiving at the Solomons' thanksgiving dinner. After that Vicki had to leave. Every time she returned Vicki and Harry spent all of their time together.
After a while Vicki wanted to have a baby. She and Harry tried several times but to no avail. Eventually, after the The Big Giant Head, under the alias of Stone Philips, abducted her, she became pregnant. The pregnancy only lasted a few hours, though, before she was rushed to the hospital where she gave birth to "little" Eric Travis Dubcek.
As a troubled forty-something woman, Vicki is an ignorant and selfish woman who acts like your eighteen year old daughter who wants Harry to be her boyfriend and tells him lies. She is often seen drinking (sometimes in public) angrily yelling as loud as she could and snorting hallucinogens out loud. She has her own group of friends with Rebecca Reynolds, Erica, and Marla.
Despite her trashy behavior, Vicki is lonely and easily stressed and has wants to have people (especially Harry and Tommy) around her friends for comfort and company and to have a child. Vicki is a pop culture enthusiast who loves The Munsters as a child and fortune tellers. She’s also insane as we see her in the Great Ohio Valley Rehab Clinic and Psychiatry Hospital.
•As a child, Vicki competed and won beauty contests, such as Little Miss Bowls A Lot and Miss Ohio’s Outstanding Teen.
•Vicki happens to sing out of tune.

Hooks continued to work in supporting roles and guest appearances for several years, but with declining frequency. She had a recurring role as Vicki Dubcek on 3rd Rock from the Sun, which earned her an Emmy Award nomination.
