  10. May 26, 2024 · If we have the item on the floor it usually goes out with them or we back stock it. If it's from online we ship it back to the warehouse where I'm assuming they put back into their stock. If the item is damaged, we aren't allowed to accept the return but in the case we do, it goes in a damage bin that is also then sent to the Alo warehouse
