The Robbers are the main antagonists of Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2.
They manage to rob the bank that is owned by Mr. Kroop. When Papi and Chloe's puppies get in the bags of money to grab some, the robbers zip up the bags and leave, dognapping the puppies in the process. When Delgado learns where their hideout is, he, Papi, Chloe, and Pedro set off to the bread factory.
At the bread factory, the robbers eventually find out that they accidentally took the puppies with them. After Papi and the other dogs arrive and help defeat the robbers by getting them covered in bread dough, the police come and arrest them, despite their claims that they are actually bread manufacturers.

Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2 is a 2011 Disney direct-to-DVD sequel to the family comedy film, Beverly Hills Chihuahua. Directed by Alex Zamm, and starring George Lopez, Odette Yustman, and Zachary Gordon, the film focuses on Papi and Chloe, now married, and their five puppies.
They foil the robbery, then return home to find that they have been awarded more than enough money to save their house and Rachel and Aunt Viv have returned. Delgado also goes back into the police force with his two sons, now that they found out the truth on why Delgado left them as pups.
