May 6, 2021 · Health Department Opens COVID Vaccination Clinic in TownMall. Westminster, MD (May 6, 2021) – The Carroll County Health Department is now offering COVID-19 vaccination clinics at the TownMall of Westminster, in the former Sears store, beginning Tuesday, May 4, 2021.

Call 410-876-4442 to make an appointment. Appointments are available between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can print the application and fill it out before coming in, or fill out an application at the Health Department. Application Birth Certificate.
The Health Department’s COVID-19 vaccination clinics have moved to the Health Department building, at 290 South Center Street, Westminster. Walk-ins are welcome, and all three vaccines (Johnson and Johnson, Moderna, and Pfizer) are available at all clinics, so people aged 12 and up can get vaccinated.
