The film dramatizes the adventures of Billy the Kid during the Lincoln County War, which took place in New Mexico in 1877–78. It stars Emilio Estevez as Billy, and Kiefer Sutherland, Lou Diamond Phillips, Charlie Sheen, Dermot Mulroney and Casey Siemaszko as the other Lincoln County Regulators.
Kazimierz Andrew "Casey" Siemaszko (stie-MA-ško; born March 17, 1961) is an American actor. He had supporting roles in Back to the Future and Stand By Me before having starring roles in Three O'Clock High and Young Guns.

Aug 12, 1988 · With Emilio Estevez, Kiefer Sutherland, Lou Diamond Phillips, Charlie Sheen. A group of young gunmen, led by Billy the Kid, become deputies to avenge the murder of the rancher who became their benefactor. But when Billy takes their authority too far, they become the hunted.
Aug 14, 2018 · After watching their father figure (a perfectly dignified Terence Stamp) ruthlessly gunned down by a posse commissioned by a rival businessman, Billy the Kid (Emilio Estevez) and his friends (Sheen, Sutherland, Phillips, Mulroney, Siemaszko) set out for justice as newly deputized regulators but end up settling for cold-blooded revenge.
