In looking back at my experience with Chino Hills Ford, it wasn't great. Granted, I should have done more back then, I just have had problems with the car and dealing with the finance person. The finance person I dealt with said I made a bad decision getting the car I wanted to get. Rude and unprofessional.

Waited almost two years for a Ford Maverick, special ordered it last August(23) through Ford website. Picked Chino Hills Ford as my dealer to ship it to. It finally shipped in March(24) to dealer. Dealer never contacted us, and they sold it (which likely was their plan so they could mark it up).
