Jan 6, 2024 · Unfortunately, Epic has removed their live chat function and their customer service phone number won’t let you talk to a person. Help Portal. Download Article. Visit the help portal to solve specific issues.
Sep 15, 2023 · I tested it myself and my hypothesis is that Epic support locks your live chat feature if you already have one ticket currently opened. The live chat feature is also removed if you have recently sent in a ticket or used the live chat once.

Dec 12, 2023 · To get live chat to work with Epic Games, you need to fulfil these conditions: You DO NOT have a ticket currently opened or in-progress (although i do not suggest you closing your ticket now if you have already waited for a few days)
